Shipping Policy

Shipping Methods & Carriers

At checkout, you’ll choose from multiple shipping options—Standard, Expedited, or Express—each with its own delivery speed and cost. We partner with Canada Post, UPS, and DHL Express. All shipments include tracking and basic insurance.

Address Accuracy

Please provide a complete and correct delivery address, including apartment or unit numbers and any special delivery instructions. Incomplete or incorrect addresses may delay your shipment or result in additional fees.

Order Processing

Cutoff time 17:00 (GMT –05:00) Eastern Standard Time (Montreal)

-Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding Canadian public holidays).

-Once your payment is confirmed, we aim to dispatch your order within 1–2 business days.

You will receive:

An order confirmation email when your payment is received.

shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order is packed.

Note: Allow up to 24–48 hours for your tracking number to become active.

Transit Times

Delivery estimates vary by shipping option selected at checkout. As a general guideline:

Standard: 7–20 business days (region dependent)

Expedited: 5–12 business days

Express: 2–7 business days

Exact transit times and fees for your address will be displayed when you choose your preferred method at checkout.

Reshipment & Additional Fees

-If delivery fails due to an incomplete address or the parcel is not collected from a pickup location in time, additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.

-Unclaimed packages returned to us may incur a handling fee to cover return shipping and administrative costs.

Incorrect or Defective Items
If you receive the wrong item or a damaged/defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@polarpursuit.com including:

-Your order number

-A brief description of the issue

-Photographic evidence of the defect or mix-up

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Payments & Fraud Prevention

-We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.

-Your bank may charge currency conversion fees.

-For orders shipped to an address different from the card’s billing address, we may request additional ID verification (e.g., a photo of your card or government ID) to prevent fraud.

Transport Damage

If your package is lost in transit or arrives visibly damaged, notify us immediately at info@polarpursuit.com with your order number and photos of the damaged packaging. We’ll work with the carrier to file a claim and will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
