INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS AND IMPORTS
All Polar Pursuit orders are shipped from Canada, and depending on your country, your package may be subject to customs charges when it arrives.
As the customer, you are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or local taxes required by the authorities in your country. These fees must be paid in order for customs to release your parcel.
Please note that the amount shown at checkout includes only the cost of your order and shipping. It does not include any additional duties. If extra charges apply, your carrier will contact you directly.
Polar Pursuit does not control or influence customs processes, and we cannot predict the exact fees you may be required to pay.
Customs rules and import taxes vary widely from one country to another.
If a parcel is returned to Polar Pursuit because customs fees were refused or left unpaid, a shipping and handling charge may be deducted from the refund amount.
If you are unsure whether your country applies customs duties, we recommend contacting your local customs office before placing your order for more information.
