If you receive an item that is faulty or incorrect, please contact our customer service team at: info@polarpursuit.com
Please allow up to 48 hours for a reply via email. Sending additional messages before we respond can move your ticket back to the end of the queue.
For all other types of returns, please review the instructions below:
- Follow the link below to begin your return.
- Place a note inside your return parcel with your order number clearly written.
- Once you have your paid return label, print it and attach it securely to your parcel.
- Drop off your parcel at your closest post office.
IMPORTANT
Please make sure the clothing is neatly folded, has all original tags attached, and is in unused condition with the original packaging.
Returns that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted.
Every return must include a note with the order number inside the parcel. If the order number is missing, the return cannot be processed.

Polar Pursuit covers the shipping cost for sending your exchange item back to you. The customer is responsible for the shipping cost to return the original item or items to our facility.
