REFUND POLICY

Please review the full return and refund terms below before placing your order.

At Polar Pursuit we want you to be happy with your order. If something is not quite right, we offer returns for store credit or exchange within 14 days from the date your order is delivered.

Refunds to your original payment method are only available in the circumstances outlined in the “Refunds and store credit” section.



EXCHANGES

If you would like a different size or style the easiest way is to request an exchange through our return portal.

The customer is responsible for the shipping cost to send the item or items back to our facility. Once your return is received and approved, Polar Pursuit will cover the standard shipping cost to send your new item or items to you.

To qualify for an exchange

  • The item must be in original condition.
  • Unworn and unused.
  • All tags attached.
  • In the original packaging.

and follow the steps shown there. Returns that do not follow the instructions on this page may be refused.

We always try to keep exchange sizes in stock, but this cannot be guaranteed. If the item you requested for exchange is unavailable when we process your return, we will issue a store credit equal to the value paid for the returned item after any discounts.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please check your order as soon as it arrives and contact us right away if

  • Your item is damaged.
  • Your item appears faulty.
  • You received the wrong item.

so that we can review the situation and make things right.

Items that are confirmed as faulty or damaged within 30 days of delivery can be returned. Any issues reported after this period are treated as normal wear and tear and are not eligible for return.

To help reduce wear and tear

  • Follow the care and washing instructions on the label.
  • Avoid harsh detergents or rough surfaces that can damage fabrics.
  • Choose the correct size to reduce excessive stress on seams and materials.



EXCEPTIONS AND NON-RETURNABLE

For hygiene and safety reasons some products cannot be returned.

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are confirmed to be faulty

  • Gift cards and store credits
  • Underwear
  • Socks
  • Hats and beanies
  • Towels
  • Clearance items
  • Swimwear

To qualify for an exchange or store credit, swimwear must be returned in perfect original condition with any hygiene sticker intact and not removed.



REFUNDS AND STORE CREDIT

Refunds are only offered when an item is confirmed to be faulty or damaged.

We do not issue refunds for reasons such as change of mind or items that do not fit. In those cases, you may be able to request a store credit or an exchange, as long as the item meets the conditions listed above.

Goods that are claimed as faulty must be returned to Polar Pursuit so that we can inspect them before any refund is approved.

Polar Pursuit is not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged while in transit back to us. We strongly recommend using tracked shipping and packing the parcel securely.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm whether a refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to post the refund to your account.



SHIPPING RESPONSIBILITY

Polar Pursuit is not responsible for missing parcels where

  • The shipping address provided at checkout was incomplete or incorrect
  • The parcel has been scanned as delivered by the carrier

Please double check your address at checkout and track your parcel using the tracking number provided.



CLEARANCE SECTION RETURN POLICY

Items marked as clearance on our website are offered at a special reduced price. All clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned for refund or exchange unless they are confirmed to be faulty.

Before buying a clearance item, we encourage you to carefully review the product description, size information, and photos so you can make an informed decision.
