Please review our return and refund terms carefully before placing your order.

General Conditions

  • No Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges (e.g., swapping one size or style for another). If you wish to order a different size or style, a new order must be placed.
  • No Returns for Preference Issues: Due to high international shipping costs, returns for reasons such as sizing, fit, or personal preference are not accepted. Please consult our size guide carefully before completing your purchase.
  • Eligible Returns: Only items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect are eligible for return and refund. Customers must notify us within 7 days of delivery if their order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Return Authorization

  • Contact First: Customers must contact us at info@polarpursuit.com with their order number and clear photos before sending any items back.
  • Unannounced Returns: Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Shipping & Costs

  • Defective/Incorrect Items: For approved defective, damaged, or incorrect items reported within 7 days, Polar Pursuit will cover the cost of return shipping.
  • Proper Marking: Return packages must be clearly labeled as “Returned Goods.” to help avoid any customs duties or/fees.
  • Tracked Shipping: We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service for your protection, as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.

Refund Process

  • Inspection Required: Refunds are only issued once the returned item has been received and inspected by our team.
  • Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 10–14 business days after receipt of the item.
  • Payment Method: All refunds will be issued back to the original payment method.
  • Bank Delays: Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit provider.
