Where do you ship?
We ship across Canada, the U.S., and select international destinations.
Shipping options will be available at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Standard shipping within Canada takes 7-14 business days. International Standard shipping takes 12-16 days. Express options are available for faster delivery.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we provide free shipping.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email to monitor its progress or go on the Track order page on our website.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
General Conditions
-No Exchanges: A new order must be placed for a different size or style.
-No Returns for Preference Issues: Returns for reasons such as sizing, fit, or preference are not accepted due to high international shipping costs, duties, and customs fees. Please check sizes carefully before ordering.
Eligible Returns: Only defective, damaged, or incorrect items are accepted. Customers must notify us within 7 days of delivery.
Return Authorization
Contact Required: Email info@polarpursuit.com
with order number and photos before returning.
No Unauthorized Returns: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Shipping & Costs
-Defective/Incorrect Items: Polar Pursuit covers return shipping if reported within 7 days.
-Tracked Shipping: Strongly recommended, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
Refund Process
-Refunds are issued after inspection of the returned item.
-Processing takes 10–14 business days after receipt.
-Refunds are made to the original payment method (bank delays may apply).

I received a damaged item. What should I do?
We're sorry for the inconvenience. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be modified or canceled within 24 hour of placement. Contact our support team promptly for assistance.
