SHIPPING METHODS & CARRIERS
All orders are shipped from Canada. Polar Pursuit ships to multiple countries worldwide.
Available shipping options and prices for your order are shown at checkout and can vary by destination and order size.
We mainly partner with carriers such as Canada Post UPS and DHL Express. Every shipment includes tracking and basic carrier insurance.
ORDER PROCESSING TIMES
Orders are prepared from Monday to Friday, except Canadian public holidays.
Most orders are packed and handed to the carrier within about 1 to 2 business days after payment is confirmed.
During busy periods such as Black Friday or holiday seasons, handling time may be longer.
You will receive
- An order confirmation email when your order is placed
- A shipping confirmation email with your tracking link after your parcel leaves our facility
Tracking information can take up to 24 to 48 hours to update after the carrier picks up your parcel.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery time depends on the shipping service you select at checkout and the destination of your parcel.
The most accurate and current estimated delivery window for each option is always shown at checkout and again in your shipping confirmation email. These time frames are estimates only and Polar Pursuit cannot guarantee an exact delivery date once the parcel is with the carrier.
ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please enter your shipping address carefully at checkout and include
- Street address
- Apartment or unit number if needed
- City province or state and postal or zip code
- Any access information such as buzzer code
Delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address are the responsibility of the customer. If a parcel is returned to us because of an address issue, we will handle it according to our Return and Refund Policy.

CUSTOMS DUTIES & IMPORT TAXES
International shipments may be subject to customs duties taxes or handling fees charged by local authorities in the destination country. These charges are not included in the product prices or shipping fees shown at checkout.

LOST, DELAYED OR DAMAGED PARCELS
If your parcel seems delayed lost or arrives with visible damage, please contact us with your order number and photos if possible. We will help you investigate the situation with the carrier.
